He is an experienced problem-solver and design lead with over ten years in creating top customer experiences in banking and digital channels. He combines strong product design skills with technical knowledge to help different teams work together toward shared goals in fast-paced agile settings.

Currently defining the future user experience for TSB Bank’s digital customers to deliver Money confidence and ensuring their needs are met. Delivered through a strategic design and delivery roadmap and embedding AI.

Outside of design, Matthew is an avid cyclist and enjoys nothing more than having an adventurous day cycling some where hilly before a relaxing afternoon by a lake reading and swimming.
